Description
Mae Faggs is the AAU Indoor Meter champ and Co-Holder of the Indoor Record at 11.1 for the Century Yard Race. Member of the Olympic Relay Team Which Set the Record for the 400 and 800 Meters in 1953. Mae Faggs Won First Place Honors in the 50-Yard, 100-Yard Dashes and the 440-Yard Relay in the Tuskegee Meet During Her Freshman Year; Broke the Recod While Copping First Place in the 100-Yard Dash at the Harrisburg Meet in 1953 and Held First Places in the 100-Yard Dash and the 660-Yard Relay.
