Policies
Articles submitted are evaluated for publication based on their scholarly merit, that is, integrity of the topic, relevance to the purpose of the journal, quality of research and writing, familiarity with literature, and contribution to knowledge. Articles undergo a blind peer-review process, and a decision on publication may take up to four months from the date of submission.
Authors are responsible for complying with copyright restrictions before submitting their manuscripts to the journal. The journal does not accept previously published papers and those under consideration by another journal or publication. Authors of accepted papers are required to respond promptly to queries by reviewers, copy editors, and journal editors. By submitting an article, the author provides the journal with the right to publish it if accepted. Opinions expressed in published articles are solely those of contributors; thus, the journal bears no responsibility for them.
