Abstract
Amino esters are valuable pharmaceutical intermediates with anesthetic properties and applications as prodrugs. In this study, we have developed a new microwave-assisted method for the cross-coupling of aromatic carboxylic acids with amino alcohol using a palladium catalyst. This approach has enabled an efficient synthesis of amino esters, overcoming challenges such as side reactions and product separation.
