Tigerbelles Edith McGuire and Wyomia Tyus of Tennessee A & I State University (Now Tennessee State University) Sit Upon a Suitcase, Surrounded by Their Luggage at the Nashville Municipal Airport Prior to Traveling to Toyko, Japan for the 1964 Olympic Games. They Were Members of the 4x100 Relay Team That Won a Silver Medal. Tyus Won the Gold Medal and McGuire the Silver Medal in the 100 Meters. McGuire Won the Gold Medal for the 200 Meters.
